ENROLLMENT AT ROYAL COLLEGE
Welcome to ROYAL COLLEGE. Enrollment is open to all school going children. School going age is determined by education authorities. On reception grade (Grade 1), learners should be 6 years of age, or turning 6 by the 30th June of enrollment year. Learners are expected to apply for grades that are related to their respective ages. ROYAL COLLEGE is an interdenominational school. Learners following Islamic practices are advised to seek clarity about prayer time procedures at school.
Learners intending to register at ROYAL COLLEGE will be required complete application forms for enrolment. Application forms are obtainable upon request from school reception desk or downloaded from our website. Completed Application Forms should be returned to school as soon as possible. Please remember to attach all required documents. Then deposit Registration fee and School fees at any branch of First National Bank. The amount to pay and the bank details are obtained from school.
Please attach the Bank Deposit Slip to the application form as well. Then bring along all the required documents to enroll your child. Each child will need a separate Application Form even in the case of siblings (children of same family). Enrollment process should be completed well in advance to avoid any disappointments.
Please Note: No enrollment will be processed with incomplete documentation. Application with incomplete documentation will be put on a waiting list.
No place shall be kept reserved for learners on waiting list. ROYAL COLLEGE does not guarantee space for enrolment. Registration takes place on first come-first-serve basis. Registration will close as soon as all places are filled.
Upon registration, learners will be allocated to classrooms individually. The newly enrolled learner will then be issued with an Acceptance Letter, signed and stamped by the principal. No learner shall be regarded as registered at ROYAL COLLEGE UNLESS an Acceptance Letter has been obtained.
Unfortunately, Royal College may allow learners to be deregistered. However, pro-rata fees will remain due and payable. Please note that administration and registration fees are non-refundable.
Pay the Registration fee of R 800.00. This fee is non-refundable even if you decide not to study through Royal College or do not qualify for admission to Royal College. Royal College does not accept cash at any of its offices.
